Which data we process

We process the data you provide to us yourself: name, email address and telephone number when creating an account, placing a bid, a search request or a contact enquiry. When you take part in the auction we also process a payment method verified by Stripe; we ourselves neither see nor store any card details.

What we use them for

• Carrying out your request: account, bid, search request, viewing or purchase.
• Service emails about your account or a car you follow (e.g. verification, outbid notification).
• Legal obligations, including record-keeping and retention obligations.

We never sell your data to third parties. We share it only with parties that are necessary for our services (such as our hosting provider, Stripe for payments and Mailgun for email), within the framework of the GDPR.

Cookies

We use functional cookies (login, shopping functions) and statistics (Google Analytics, anonymised where possible) to improve the website. We do not place marketing cookies without your consent.

Retention periods and your rights
