Auction terms

1. Participation

Bidding is possible only with an account with a verified email address and a linked payment card verified by Stripe. In this way we keep out non-serious bids — in the interest of all bidders.

2. A bid is binding

Every bid is unconditional and binding. The highest bid at closing wins, provided that any reserve price has been met. In an auction without a reserve price ("no reserve") the highest bid always wins.

3. Closing and extension

Every auction has a fixed closing time. A bid in the final minutes extends the auction briefly ("anti-sniping"), so that everyone can respond fairly. Server time is decisive.

4. After the auction

The winner receives payment instructions by email immediately. The purchase is completed as with every HooG purchase: personally, with the same warranty and documentation. What you pay is on your screen — no hidden auction fees unless expressly stated with the car.
